PROGRAMS

After eight hard years of homelessness and addiction,
I have finally found sobriety for the past 15 months - but I have not experienced peace, love and oneness I have felt this past weekend.
I feel a connection to God, Mother Earth, and all
the women I’ve spiritually grown with.
Thank you, Somerset has given me something very special"

SPIRIT OF HOPE
WOMENS RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM

recovery is possible

SPIRIT OF HOPE is a women-led,

3 day holistic residential treatment program.

Our approach centres on trauma-informed healing,  creating space for women to connect and integrate

mind, body, and spirit.

SPIRIT OF HOPE women's residential treatment program is open to all self-identified women who are survivors of trauma, addiction, and abuse. This program focuses on creating a space for healing as we recognize the lack of self worth and internalized self hatred that is part of the challenges with experiencing trauma, abuse, mental health and addiction. We continue to focus on solutions to an ongoing issue. This program offers a trauma-informed approach with holistic modalities to include; somatic release therapy, meditation, yoga, sauna, cold plunge, sound healing, ceremony, breath work, step study, hiking & connecting in nature, journaling & silent reflection.
